- Всички ученици са способни да учат и да достигат високо ниво на компетентност, когато учителя се съобразява с техните очаквания.Непрекъснатият диалог междуучители и ученици е в основата на повишаване качеството на процеса на обучение и неговото постоянно усъсършенстване, една от основните цели на който е опознаването на ученика и развиването на негоовите потребности.Добрият учител учи учениците не какво а как да мислят, чрез прилагане на многообразни дейности за мотивацияна учениците за учене, както и за стимулиране на тяхното творческо мислене и въображение. Активното включване на учениците в процеса на обучение, съобразянето с възможностите на групата и индивидуалните потребности на всчко дете са в основата на успешния образователен процес. Основна тенденция в обучението по английски език е стремителното навлизане на информационните и комуникационни технологии в образователния процес и възможностите които те дават за изнасяне на процеса на обучение извън класната стая /Blended Learning/. Преподаването на чужд език при условията на едно глобално общество и постоянното развитие на технологиите изисква не само въвеждане на ученика в света на чуждата култура, но и осмисляне и разбиранe на родните ценности и традиции. Изучаването на чужд език е непрекъснат и безконечен процес, учене за цял живот. Методическа дейност -Планиране, подготовка и провеждане на учебен процес по английски език -участие в дейността на методическо обединение Чужди Езици в училището -използване на подходящи оразователни стратегии,методи и техники,даващи оптимален резултат в конкретна педагогическа ситуация,и отговарят на различните образователни потребности на учениците.

Project -Based learning
It is a dynamic classroom approach in which students actively explore real-world problems and challenges and acquire a deeper knowledge. Closely related to the concept of authentic learning, PBL experiences are often designed to address real-world problems and issues, which requires students to investigate and analyze their complexities, interconnections and ambiguities.
It can better prepare students with life skills that set them up for future success, mainly with collaboration, problem solving,creativity,in-depth understanding,critical thinking,self-confidence,perseverance, project management and curiosity.Studies have shown that the PBL is linked to significant improvements in student test scores, attendance and classroom engagement. It also gives the teachers the opportunity to build stronger relationships with their students by acting as their hands-on learning facilitator.
PBL refers to any programmatic or instructional approach which utilizes multifaceted projects as a central organizing strategy for educating students.

Blended learning is a natural development to the growing accessibility of E-learning, online resources and the constant need for a human component in the learning experience. A blended learning approach ensures that the learner is engaged and driving his or her individual learning experience. This approach also helps cater to the individual needs of the learner, most students have unique learning styles and a blended approach is more likely to meet those needs than a traditional classroom teaching experience.
Blended learning is important because it breaks down the traditional walls of teaching, ones that do not work for all students and now with access to present day technologies we can tailor the learning process for each student.
